This information is collected to allow us to communicate with the members of the orchestra. Further details are collected to validate our claims for Gift Aid.

We collect your information directly from orchestra members.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for the period of your membership. Where members have signed a Gift Aid form and a Gift Aid Claim has been made we hold those details for six years as required by HMRC.
